Frequently Asked Questions

How does therapy work?

Therapy at Radical Elevation is a collaborative process. You are the expert on your life, and we’re here to support your growth and healing. Together, we’ll identify goals and build skills to help you navigate challenges in a way that feels empowering. This can include things like understanding your emotions, building healthy habits, improving communication, and making meaningful changes in how you respond to stress or conflict.

Therapy is at your pace, and we’re here to walk with you every step of the way. Over time, we’ll also help you recognize early signs of stress or setbacks and create a plan to help you stay grounded and supported long-term.

How much does it cost?

Costs vary based on your insurance coverage, referral source, and individual circumstances. We bill services according to your plan’s benefits, which may include copayments, deductibles, or coinsurance.

In some cases, sliding scale rates, payment plans, or limited pro bono services may be available. Contact our team to review your options and better understand what to expect.

Can I use my insurance?

Yes! We currently accept Medicaid FFS, Medicare, Molina, Anthem, Magellan, SilverSummit, and Aetna.

If your plan isn’t currently accepted, we will do our best to connect you with the right care. Even if we can’t see you directly, we will refer you to another trusted provider to make sure you’re still supported. We’re also working on expanding the insurance plans we accept in the near future.

How do I get started?

You can call or text us to schedule your first appointment, or fill out the referral form on our website. You’ll find it at the top of our homepage or on our resource page.

We do our best to accommodate walk-ins when possible, but availability is limited. If you’re unsure of your next step, just reach out and we’ll guide you from there.
