Objective Mental Health Assessments for Immigration Proceedings

Immigration Evaluations

Radical Elevation provides comprehensive psychological evaluations to support immigration-related legal cases. These evaluations are conducted by licensed mental health professionals and are designed to offer clinical insight into how psychological factors may be relevant to your immigration petition:

  • Extreme Hardship Waivers

  • U-Visa Petitions

  • VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Petitions

  • Asylum Cases

We understand how difficult and emotional this process can be. That’s why we center each evaluation around your experiences, ensuring your voice is heard and your story is reflected accurately and respectfully. While we cannot guarantee the outcome of any case, our goal is to offer objective, trauma-informed documentation that clearly outlines psychological findings relevant to your situation.

Contact us to learn more about the evaluation process or to schedule a consultation.

Informational Workshops

For organizations, schools, parents, staff, and students alike, Radical Elevation offers informational, interactive, and targeted workshops designed to meet real needs with real solutions. Our workshops are built to engage and educate through open dialogue with practical strategies that can be applied immediately. Whether you're a parent navigating conversations at home, a staff member managing a group, or a student working through daily challenges, there's a space for you in these sessions.

For Parents
Our parent workshops focus on creating healthy family dynamics, breaking generational cycles, and understanding how culture, identity, and mental health intersect. These sessions are designed to empower caregivers with tools to support their children and themselves with compassion and clarity.

For Staff & Educators
Staff-focused workshops are built around prevention, support, and practical tools. Topics include early identification of mental health concerns, de-escalation techniques, and communication strategies that support positive learning environments. Educators will walk away with actionable tools and deeper confidence in managing emotional and behavioral needs within their environments.

For Students
We offer a wide variety of student-centered workshops that are age-appropriate, engaging, and rooted in real-life issues. Available topics include:

  • Mental Health Matters

  • Job Readiness

  • Decision-Making & Conflict Resolution

  • Gun Safety & Its Social Impact

  • Drug Prevention & Substance Abuse

  • Social Media & Mental Health

  • Anger Management & Social Etiquette

  • Communication & Time Management

Each workshop aims to build emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and personal growth in a space where students feel seen, heard, and supported. Contact us to learn more or request a workshop be built around an event for you!
