Join a support group session!
Looking for a refreshing way to manage stress and connect with others? Our Breathe, Relax, & Release support group is designed to help you unwind, build healthy coping strategies, and engage with a community of people who share similar goals. This group offers a unique opportunity to practice physical relaxation techniques in a supportive environment—all outside the scope of traditional therapy.
Sessions are open to everyone, whether you're a current therapy client or not. You can join in person or online, making it convenient to fit into your schedule. Plus, for each referral you bring, you'll earn $5 off your own session! Sessions are currently held every Tuesday from 3-4 pm, Wednesday from 11 am-12 pm, and Friday from 12-1 pm. If these times don’t work for you, new sessions can be added based on availability.
